Where to start?
  • I recently have had this 5S project dropped in my lap and I have no clue where to start. What are some items/products you would recommend for person new to 5S?

I am not sure if I have a list of products that might help any ideas on what you need?
    Most people start with:
    Audit forms
    games
    label
    tapes
    signs
    software

  • MMLLMM,
Nice info and reply back I looked at those files and they look very helpful.

I am also looking for some posters and labels this is what I found so far.

Floor tape and the same place for labels.
  • Does anyone have ideas or recommendations on how to mark aisle ways for pedestrian/machinery traffic. What different colors should I use and what are some requires that OSHA has? I want to make sure I do this project properly and by the book.

    Raiders-

Generally, with paths of egress/pedestrian walkways, OSHA designated that Yellow (or White) should be used for these lines. Typically most companies do use Yellow. However, OSHA does have it noted that you can divert from these colors, as long as you have the color definitions posted in a conspicuous location so that a first time visitor to your facility could understand your color scheme.
